An enemy in a friend’s disguise
Dream and reality re unite
A magic lamp and a rocking chair
For everytime you’re in despair
You will wake up from your nightmare
Cos even if the sun should fall
I will mend it all
Just wish upon on a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
If Earth and Moon should part its ways
I will be there always
Just wish upon a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
Strangers that are impolite
Catching butterflies and flying kites
The world is full of spice
Watchful eyes at your every move
Just ignore them, you don’t have to prove
Hold on to me, when you need to be rescued
Cos even if the sun should fall
I will mend it all
Just wish upon on a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
If Earth and Moon should part its ways
I will be there always
Just wish upon a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
Under a post lamp of a crowded street
Behind the corner, where 2 roads meet,
When you’re gloomy, feeling incomplete
Just wish upon a star,
And I’ll be where you are
Cos even if the sun should fall
I will mend it all
Just wish upon on a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
If Earth and Moon should part its ways
I will be there always
Just wish upon a shooting star
And I’ll be where you are
